The judging panel can now be revealed for the Practice Excellence Awards 2016.

The awards recognise and celebrate the best in the profession and this year we’ve expanded the total number of award categories.

The judges looking at entries this year are:

  • Martin Bisset: Founder, The Upwards Spiral Partnership
  • Declan Curry: Journalist, broadcaster and public speaker
  • Mike Foster: Co-founder and director, The Bookkeepers Alliance
  • Karen Reyburn: Managing director, The Profitable Firm
  • Richard Sergeant: Director, Principle Point
  • Heather Townsend: Professional services coach and author
  • Alex Tucker: Marketing team leader, PracticeWEB

From the AccountingWEB team we’ll be calling on global editor John Stokdyk, managing editor Robert Lovell, business editor Tom Herbert and practice writer Francois Badenhorst to help judge award entries.

If you have not submitted your entry yet, there is still time. Each entry should take around 20 minutes.  Anonymous versions will then be given to judging panels that will discuss the merits of each entry over the following month.

The judges will announce a shortlist in each category on 15 July and the winners will be revealed on 20 October at a ceremony in London.

Don't miss your chance to be celebrated for your excellence - enter now!

Surprised at that like FT thought you would have at least made the shortlist. Are you applying this year

I think I will if get the chance, I could do with an award to boost profile and marketing

Not for me Glennzy. They are many others who are better at completing the entry form.

@FT Yes I looked at the forms and the way it was structured looked quite difficult to complete with so many words to describe what you etc instead of just using examples.

@Glennzy - make sure have a pair of chinos and blue suede shoes or you've got no chance.
