Accountants signed up for the Practice Excellence Programme (PEPs) can now send their Customer Satisfaction Surveys to clients today.
Hundreds of firms will have received the live survey links this afternoon and can get to work on finding out how their clients rate them.
By mid-July we’ll be feeding back to all the entered firms about how they performed.
The programme looks set to be the largest project of its type in the UK, which focuses on an independent benchmarking initiative based on client satisfaction.
Participating firms will be sent a personalised online survey that they distribute to clients, with feedback collected and analysed independently by Smith & Henderson.
The basic results will be distributed free to all those who take part.
There's an additional option to get an upgraded benchmarking report containing direct comments from their clients and a detailed analysis of their market sector along with indicative data of how their rating compares with similar-sized firms.
The 10 top firms from each category will also be invited to take part in our annual Practice Excellence Awards in October.
