The Chartered Institute of Housing is the independent voice for housing and the home of professional standards for the housing industry.  Its goal is simple – to provide housing professionals with the advice, support and knowledge they need to be brilliant. CIH is a registered charity and not-for-profit organisation, which means that the money it makes is put back into the organisation and funds the activities it carries out to support the housing industry.

With more than 22,000 members in 20 countries on five continents across the world, CIH has opted for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system integrating internal and external management of information across the entire organization.

This project has been delivered by a partnership between Dataflow and Excitation. The installed solution provides the Institute with a membership management system and a new website providing a range of integrated services including event booking and an online bookshop, linked to Excitation’s Dynamics CRM Membership Platform and Dataflow’s Financial System.

Darius Mogtader, Managing Director of Dataflow UK, comments, “This successful project is an example of how today’s technology can seamlessly integrate several best of breed products under one umbrella without compromising functionality, usability or reliability”.
