Digita Tax Software is short-listed for Software Satisfaction Award
Award winning personal tax software is finalist in Software Satisfaction Awards 2012
August 2, 2012: Thomson Reuters Digita Personal Tax software has been short-listed in this year’s Software Satisfaction Awards. Digita has a long-standing reputation for the development of innovative, feature-rich tax software and is the only software house to have won the Lexis Nexis Best Tax Software title three times in the history of the award.
The Software Satisfaction Awards are awarded on the basis of customer satisfaction that is assessed through an eight week-long survey. Customers are asked to provide feedback on the quality of their software and the standard of customer service they receive and those with the highest ratings proceed to the short-listed stage. Organisers of the 2012 Software Satisfaction Awards say they have received over ten thousand completed surveys, making this one of the largest individual pieces of business opinion research conducted in the UK. The winners will be announced at a prestigious evening event on October 11 2012 at Harrods in London.
