Becoming a paperless practice

Traditionally, an accountancy practice works around paper files – files filled with invoices, tax receipts, spreadsheet print-outs and all manner of other hard copy prints. Having so much paper creates clutter, makes it difficult to locate the right data and – most importantly – slows down the practice’s workflow.

Does this sound like your practice? Then a cloud-based solution, like Xero, can help. It’s an efficient, online solution to this problem of never-ending hard-copy paperwork. Moving work files to the cloud brings so many benefits that, really, it’s a no-brainer. Xero and Xero Practice Studio let you bring all the paper-based information into a digital format, pulling the numbers the practice needs into your accounting software.
