We are constantly trying to improve BrightPay to make it better for our customers. With the expansion of our development team, many new features are currently being worked on. Some of the new developments include:

  • P11D

  • CIS Integration

  • Mac Version - Auto Enrolment functionality

  • Auto Enrolment - PAPDIS files

  • Global Batch Processing (bureau users only)

  • Accountants Portal (bureau users only)

We believe that the benefits of customer feedback allows us to improve and enhance our relationship with existing and new customers. We take all feedback onboard and strive to make improvements that benefit our entire customer base. Your opinions and feelings are acknowledged as being important to us. BrightPay work hard to be successful in business and we are well aware that providing great customer service is a vital part of achieving success. This July we are welcoming two new support staff to the BrightPay team to further improve on our recent 95.6% customer satisfaction rate achieved for quality. We are also setting up a new office for our development team with two new developers joining us this summer.
