Well done on being honest. In my experience as long as you have an understanding employer you will do fine. As someone who suffers with depression and anxiety, it's only now that I have an understanding employer that I can manage any stress that comes with the job. If Maths makes sense to you, then go for it. You could research colleges to resit your Maths, but that shouldn't hold you back in starting AAT.
We sold our main home and last October and the solicitors did make us aware of the 30-Day CGT. It wasn't relevant in our case so I assume that they are telling their clients as standard
