Birmingham International Airport (BIA) is the UK’s fifth largest airport and handled over nine million passengers through its two terminals in 2005. In 2005 they began searching for a new financial solution by visiting the Softworld exhibition. Armstrong’s solution was evaluated against a number of other systems, including Sage, Agresso, Coda, Exchequer, Navision and SunSystems.
