What’s in the news

HMRC has extended the deadline for submitting share scheme reports until 24 August (previously 6 July). HMRC announced the extension in the June Employment-related Securities Bulletin.

Japan's Toshiba Corporation has been granted an extension to the deadline for the submission of its annual financial statement. The company has requested an extension as their auditor needed additional time to check the figures. (World Nuclear News)
