We send in a TC600 new claim, on 29 March 2012.
The qualifying conditions remained in force and unchanged continuously for 93+ days prior to the date of submission of the claim.

Director paid personal tax bill from the company funds during the year, under £1,000. As this is under £5,000 then they owe no interest and they also have a healthy balance on the DLA.
