The long awaited Bill making it easier to prosecute negligent companies whose actions lead to the death of employees or members of the public has finally received its first reading in the House of Commons.
After almost 10 years of debate, the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Bill was presented to parliament on Friday.
