The much criticised Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) is to be rebranded with a new focus on enterprise and red tape reduction, new prime minister Gordon Brown revealed today.

So far all it can do is....
suggest a tax cut
Which shows how little they know about business or enterprise, neither of which are in the slightest motivated by tax
Tax is, after all a residual distribution out of profit. The focus should be on making profit
