UK tax law changes too often, the regime is too complex and HMRC doesn't do enough consultation before making rule changes, according to a recent poll of senior finance executives by KPMG. Over 80% of respondents, from 50 large UK-based companies, complained about the UK's unpredictable tax regime and lack of consultation.
