CCH Software Strengthens Its UK Business Development Resources

CCH software, part of Wolters Kluwer UK, has appointed Bob Atkins as Business Development Manager to support the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Accounting firms are increasingly channelling their investment into technology to help their clients survive and grow in difficult economic conditions. Technology helps streamline and automate accountants’ processes. It reduces the unproductive administrative burden of firms and supplies them with the tools to focus their attention on their clients’ profitability.

Bob Atkins says: “I’ve seen the significant development CCH has put into its new tax product since the acquisition of MYOB. Many accountancy practices have taken advantage of the seamless data conversion routines and integration with the CCH software suite and other third party applications. Together with its commitment to client service, I believe this will lead to substantial growth opportunities for its business.

Simon Crompton, MD of CCH software, says: “Bringing Bob Atkins into our team adds significant experience in accountancy software through the relationships he has developed with accounting firms over many years.”

Bob Atkins joins CCH software today, 2 March.
