Sage offers Excel support service

In a case of "if you can't beat 'em, join 'em", Sage has introduced a helpline support service for users of Microsoft Excel.

A year ago, Jo Ray, managing director of Sage's small business division, noted that the widespread use of Excel as an accounting leger was putting a dent in Sage's share of the desktop accounting software market.
