Tunnel vision?

From your analysis of their report, it seems like they have missed asking the 1000+ respondents many questions about the kind of innovation that is happening away from traditional on premise software, such as on-demand/SaaS based solutions, or the Web 2.0 arena. They do include VoIP, and you would expect significant increases of adoption there. But I'd like to find out more about the technology areas that were avoided and the questions they didn't ask.
