A former Exchequer dealer who was effectively forced out after the takeover by Iris is among the latest wave of reseller recruits to join Pastel UK & Ireland.

Alan Scholes of Combined Technology in Stockport had been successfully selling and supporting Exchequer solutions for five years before effectively being “forced into a corner” as Iris moved to get rid of the smaller Exchequer dealers.

Faced with the options of either doubling his turnover or selling out to Iris, he chose the latter option.
