Accountants lack essential leadership skills

There is often a "disconnect" between accountants and the English language.

Oh dear, that was a bit harsh but point taken. Please don't blame Finola though - that particular faux pas was my doing. I have now corrected this phrase to one which I hope you find less offensive!
