Disappearing client list

My Client list went from over 600 to 23! in a split second at 9pm 31/1/09. Help line was over subscribbed and no waiting list so you just get cut off and I still haven't got back my client list back! Help. Anyone else had this problem??/

You are not alone
I had the same problem - everyone except partnerships disappeared at 9.00pm on 31 Jan 2009.

Mine all came back though.

I do notice that clients appear on and disappear from the client list at random. No-one at HMRC seems to know why they vanish, or why they come back : don't know, don't care (the new HMRC staff motto!)
