Practice Tip: Aiming for satisfaction
I'm not sure who said "failing to plan is to plan to fail" but I think they were right. That's why I'm going to concentrate on practice planning for a while.
Business plans are one of the products that many firms of accountants suggest they can offer. And yet it is my experience that most firms of accountants do not have a business plan. Is it surprising as a result that so many practitioners appear so dissatisfied with their lot?
