Practice Tip - Get writing
It's been good to see the range of articles on practice management that have been published on AccountingWEB over the last couple of weeks. And there's been an interesting theme to many of them that many firms could pick up on. That is that many of them were effectively advertorials. In other words, they clearly provided good editorial copy, but they also promoted the services of the firms that promoted them.
I happen to think there's little wrong with that.

Coincidently, I'm also working on a piece at the moment, its called "Murphy's Law". It tells the story of what happens when you mix, politics and religion with your day-to-day general accoutancy practice duties. I'm stuck for an ending though.

You can ghost write the autobiographical type ending for me if you like...but I cant wait forever. Any similarity between you and my own book are purely coincidental, I hope, you see? As accountancy is an art it is difficult to moralise as nothing is ever just black or white. Karma Police, arrest this man.

I agree there is a publication for almost everything but I think the writer means the guest publication slot on Have I got New for You.
