Why such a low RoI?
Why not 10 to 20 times? If you help them understand for themselves the full value of working with you, then they can tell you what it is, then you can set your fee at a twentieth to a tenth of this, quoting a fixed fee for a fixed scope project. They can work out in their heads what a bargain investment this is for such a hugely valuable return.
And you? They've seen so much value that you're seeing the most profitable deal you've ever struck!

Some of us however, are quite happy to pick up all those good paying 'normal' clients that you refuse and still make a good and enjoable living - not everyone can do what you're doing or that market would be saturated.
How do you calculate the ROI?
How do you calculate the ROI mentioned above? Obviously it's not in simple terms, e.g tax saved, because those sorts of multiples would be impossible. How do you go about convincing clients that their business would not grow without your help, or that they would not be as successful individually without your particular firm?
That's easy!
