With such seismic shifts in the economy as we've seen recently, management teams have to be very fleet of foot to ensure they are focusing on the ‘right’ spinning plates. The things that were imperative in 2007 are not relevant today and the situation is likely to change again next year, so what should businesses be focusing on for 2010?
