It is usually the lure of a tax free salary that leads most people to consider opportunities in this self-governing British territory. Compensation packages range from about US$65,000 to around US$75,000 for newly qualified accountants, US$90,000 for audit managers and US$120,000 plus for actuaries. And whilst the current weakness of the US$ may cloud the attractiveness of those pay levels, you can be sure that auditors and accountants have plenty of disposable income and many are able to return after two years having saved a good portion of their salary.
