I am not an accountant but try to do everything except the EOY accounts, which an accountant kindly does for me. We have run an ltd for 6yrs, with 2 directors, one of which has another employment
I have been asked by a campaign group (ironically, a tax campaigning group) if they should pay tax. They are not incorporated at present and nearly all their income arises from donations.
Any recommendations that work for accountants?
