All change: Ready for the 2008-09 Personal Allowance?

HMRC is writing to all employers to tell them what they need to do ahead of implementing the new 2008-09 personal allowance on or after September 7.
Back in May, the Chancellor announced that the basic Personal Allowance is increasing by £600 from £5,435 to £6,035 and the basic rate limit is reducing from £36,000 to £34,800.
