Various clampdowns on the 'artificial' creation and use of capital losses by individuals and trustees will soon be put in place when rules debated as part of the Finance Bill 2007 are enacted.

Capital Losses - Equal treatment with companies!
Surely B&Spousing should be allowed. Companies in groups can share capital losses, so why shouldn't spouses be able to?
