Despite the obvious, but dwindling tax advantages many accountants have not incorporated their practices preferring to “keep it simple” and stay as sole traders and conventional partnerships. The bigger firms have tended to pursued the LLP route, but nevertheless incorporation has many attractions for smaller firms.
