Gordon Brown will make what could be his last budget speech on Wednesday 22 March at 12.30pm, the government has announced.

Analysts expect a mixed budget.

GB will never become PM.
TB new from a very early stage that GB just hasn't got what it takes.
The electorate will never vote for a PM who has more or less destroyed the one man band business. Look what they did to JM and GL.
So it really doesn't make any difference what he does in the budget, the small business will go under while the big boys will ride it out, which I believe is what GB has been trying to achieve.
