Should the major counties of the World come together to reform their position on the domicile rules to reflect the fact that citizens are increasingly moving between countries for work and social reasons? Are we about to see citizens slowly shed their narrow national tribal loyalties for broader regional ones? Do we have the Politicians and political theories to cope with this type of evolution?
