The good bits are good but the bad bits...
Personally, I think that most of the online filing processes work very well and when they do work (a very very high percentage of my returns go through without any problem) I cannot see how anyone can say this isn't the best improvement ever.
Where I do think there is a massive problem is in accessing information. For this HMRC are rubbish - although self assessment has started to become a good system. The article touches on PAYE/NI - surely this is the most frustrating system they have. Why can they simply not give us access to a clients records of payments.
OK, my final points are not actually to do with online filing, but surely and online system must be complete?
online transaction
Everything is just a click away. There had been a lot of transactions which can be done in a convenient and quickly way. Payment and subscription are made possible through the online services. If ypu are busy and you don’t want t o queue for a long time well worry no more for there is HMRC online filing. It may be worth to have a cash advance loans to support this system that will facilitate an easiest way of completing the transaction.

Filing Online
You MUST be joking. Does this bud actually file online - the system is slow, prone to faults and breakdowns AND even today WE have still be advised by our local revenue we HAVE to file Partnership on Paper then when we do Revenue loses that Return and cannot manage to match it up with the individual ones filed online. Last year was sheer chaos and Revenue still haven't sorted our clients our yet for their own mistakes on these Returns. I tair my hair out.

What?
You can't be serious ... how much did HMRC pay yoy to write this?
