SA Online users will do it online again
More people are filing their tax returns via the internet, and almost all of those using SA Online say they will use the service again next year, according to a Commons written answer.
Dr Vince Cable, chief treasury spokesperson for the Liberal Democrats, asked the Chancellor "what the latest figures are for the take up of online submission of personal tax returns; and what steps he has taken to evaluate consumer satisfaction with the process."
