Chancellor George Osborne is scheduled to present the results of his Spending Review to the House of Commons at 12.30pm on Wednesday 20 October. The Chancellor is unlikely to unveil specific tax proposals, but he may provide pointers for future action as he sets out a long-term policy to reduce government debt.
