Shape of things to come!
Cutting taxes would seem to be good news. But
without some detail as to how the state spending - and indeed the remit of the state -is to be restructured: any mention of tax cuts shorn of such detail has a fantasy or pie in the sky feel to it. Perhaps though there is more substance to be discovered behind the headlines.
