Rather than send a number of individual files, just attach them to your PDF and send a single file. The other files can be opened up and/or saved to disk, even by users of the
free Adobe Reader.
1) Use the Attach File button or choose [Document, Attach a File].
2) Select the file(s) you wish to attach e.g. an .xls file.
3) Your attachment(s) will be available in the Attachments pane, for the recipient to open and/or save to disk.
If you choose to secure your PDF, your attachments can be automatically secured at
the same time.
