The insolvency practice at accountants Baker Tilly has helped MYOB create a specialist software system for managing bankruptcies and corporate failures.
MYOB Insolvency is a standalone application based on a central, Microsoft SQL Server database. It is designed to automate the specialist accounting and administration tasks involved in insolvency cases and also handles the time/billing, document management and reporting aspects of the practitioner's workload.
The project has taken two years to reach the point where MYOB Insolvency can be marketed as a commercial application.
