<b>Technology News:</b> Access sets up new group structure. By John Stokdyk

Colchester-based financial software house Access Accounting has reorganised itself into four subsidiaries overseen by a new holding company, Access Technology Group.

Access founder Alistair O'Reilly, who now becomes group managing director, said that after acquiring three companies in the past 18 months, the restructuring would help ensure parity between the subsidiaries and focus their efforts on the wider group strategy and its ambitious target to grow 50% in the current financial year.
