Acrobat 7.0 or later has an integrated file browser - the Organizer - which allows you to easily locate, inspect and work with your PDF files - whether on your own computer or on the network.

To start the Organizer, choose File-Organizer-Open Organizer, click the Organizer button on the Toolbar (see below) or else use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+1.

Use the Navigation tree on the left hand side to move to the file or folder you require. Select a PDF in the middle column to see a preview of the contents in the right hand pane - you can zoom in/out using the slider at the bottom of the window.

Using the buttons at the top of the Organizer you can access the following PDF file features: Open; Print; Email; Combine Multiple and Send for Review.

To select more than one PDF, if they are adjacent to each other (contiguous) - Click on the first file name, then Shift-Click on the last file name To select more than one PDF if they are not adjacent to each other (non-contiguous) - Click on the first file name, then Ctrl-Click on each of the other file names.
