Court finance systems in disarray, warns NAO

Around £1.3bn in unpaid fines from offenders remains uncollected due to a lack of integration between finance systems in English and Welsh courts, according to a new report by the National Audit Office (NAO) and the Ministry of Justice (MoJ).
