Digita promises practice management 'by Christmas'

At the end of last month, Digita practice product manager Max Thomas told the company's annual conference, "My mission is to produce a Digita Practice Management program by Christmas that will be able to satisfy a one-user practice as well as a top 20 firm."

It's a brave boast, and one that threatens to shake up the practice software scene in 2006. Based on Microsoft's SQL Server database and its .NET development environment, Digita has moved successfully from tax software (Taxability Pro) into accounts production (Accounts Pro).
