Email attachments to PDF

I know that you can print an email to PDF from MS Outlook, and for it to include the attachment automatically.
However, we run Lotus Notes through Citrix, and I cant get it to work.
Is there a way it can be done? The only option I have at the moment is to create the PDF, and attach the email manually, which I dont want to have to do. Any ideas anyone?
