Government IT support 'failing small firms'
Most small businesses are not benefiting from the IT advice offered by government support services, experts have claimed. Dan Martin reports.
In a joint report, Microsoft and the British Chambers of Commerce said the technology needs of very few small firms are being met by Business Links, the government's flagship but much criticised SME support regime.
