Government IT under fire (again)
UK Government spending on IT is under scrutiny again, with a new report from the Institute of Public Policy Research (IPPR) highlighting significant failings in the NHS National Programme for IT (NPfIT).
Public Value and e-Health claims that there are clear potential benefits of better use of IT in the NHS - but that there is very little evidence that it is making a difference.
