How to write an effective case study article. By John Stokdyk
The power of any case study is its ability to let other users hear direct from one of their peers why an application was right for their business and the benefits it can bring.
The article can sit on the Web and act as a remote reference site for your products and services.
As far as possible, the case should be short and simple, and related in the voice of a key manager/decision-maker at the user company. Avoid sales pitches and jargon - let them tell the story and make the positive points for you.
The case study is based on fulfilling journalism's 5 Ws - who? what? where? when?
