Kumar quits after CA restates 2004 accounts

In an attempt to refurbish a reputation tainted by an accounting scandal, Computer Associates announced that former international chief executive Sanjay Kumar will leave the company.

In April, Kumar resigned from the company's board and relinquished the CEO's post for the job of chief software architect.
