The use of the CPD recorder will then allow you to track what specific CPD activities you have undertaken, how long you have spent on them, and whether they relate to the objectives raised in your training needs assessment.

SWAT's CPD Recorder will allow you to record all of your training and development activities quickly and easily. In addition, you'll also be provided with a detailed analysis of just how much time your putting in and in what areas. Reproduced in pivot tables, you'll be able to sort by category to see exactly how much time you're spending on any given activity and then compare this to the CPD objectives identified in your training needs assessment form.

  • Single User - £49+VAT. For use by one individual.
  • Single Office - £99+VAT. For use by any number of individuals on a single office network, the data can be sent to your central server file to generate 'whole firm' reports.
  • Multi-Office - £149+VAT. For use by any number of individuals within any number of offices in your firm. Data can be sent to a central server file as above, or can be sent via email to an administrator who can produce the firm-wide reports.
  • Collating Your Staff's CPD Entries
    If using the recorder for one, or a number of offices, you will be able to collate each individual's entries into a central location, providing you with a comprehensive library of everyone's CPD activities throughout your entire firm!

    Having entered their CPD, each individual will then be able to submit their entries via email to a central administrator, or send direct to the company server*, at the click of a button. This allows everyone's details to be collected and stored in a central location within a matter of moments. This will enable the firm's compliance principle to produce reports on the CPD each person has achieved. If you would like SWAT to monitor your firm's CPD records and report on any individuals that are not meeting the required level of CPD, this can also be done at an extra cost.
