I interviewed Mark Lloydbottom last year on the publication of his book, Clients4Life, after I had seen him on the road speaking about his new practice management strategy programme, Defining Edge. Since then, Defining Edge has been recorded and edited into a suite of interactive DVDs and CDs in addition to the live sessions and a comprehensive manual.
