PracticeWEB, the website hosting and content service for accountancy firms, has introduced a secure document exchange to let advisers and their clients share confidential documents via the web.

According to PracticeWEB client relationship manager Richard Sergeant, the secure document exchange is a very simple module within the PracticeWEB Client Only Area.

"There's an awful lot of information which passes between firms and clients as email," Sargeant told delegates at last week's APS user conference in Northamptonshire. "This is not necessarily a secure format.
