Project Gemini has landed; PowerPivots take off
Microsoft’s new data analysis tool has rekindled a long-running debate about who should control business analysis projects.
The full commercial launch of Office 2010 was accompanied by the formal roll-out of PowerPivot, the data connection and analysis tool for Excel 2010 and SQL Server 2010 formerly referred to as “Project Gemini”.
