Quiz Construction

Hi John. I am up to page 5 of the instructions and have highlighted boxes A1 to A4. On entering "Question 1", I am receiving the Excel error message : -
"You must enter a valid reference you want to go to, or type a valid name for the selection". I think there may be an instruction missing.

Would quite like to complete the task and make a Christmas quiz, if you can see where I might be going wrong.

All the best.

Tim,

You cannot have a space in a range name. It's Question1 NOT Question 1.

Thanks for your help, Andrew

I haven't had time to work my way through the tutorial (maybe I should have done for quality control purposes).

I hope your advice came through in time to help Tim with his quiz!

Andrew. How did you know that was the mistake I had made! lol

I'm finding it hard going, being an Excel novice, and may have to try again after the silly season (SA not Christmas)

Thanks for your help and I'll be posting again :o)

All the best

Cool quiz!

Cool. Only problem was that I copied the formulas from the exercise to Excel and I got #NAME? error. The quotation marks in the formula came over as italicised or Excel didn't recognise the quotes so I had to be re-type them. Other than that, this works fine.
